One law changes in one country and your payroll team finds out from a client three weeks late. Intelligent Payroll finds it the day it is published.

Where we cover

Hover or tap a country to see how many changes we track there, then click it (or tap again) to open its changelog.

What it provides

Everything you need to stay ahead of payroll law

A single, always-current reference for statutory and legislative changes across every country you run payroll in.

Country-by-country coverage

Tax thresholds, employer costs, employment law, benefits, and statutory reporting, organized per country instead of buried in a PDF.

Every entry sourced

Every entry links to the page that confirms it: a government authority where one is available, otherwise a published summary from a major tax advisory firm. No rumors, no unsourced claims.

What's changed and what's coming

See confirmed changes already in effect alongside upcoming items still in consultation, each with its own effective date.

Skip the manual research

We follow 75 countries' tax authorities, labour ministries and social security bodies so you don't read every bulletin yourself.

Common questions

Is Intelligent Payroll really free?

Yes. There's no account, no paywall, and no trial period. Every country page and the full changelog are open to anyone.

How often is the data updated?

We run a compliance sweep monthly, checking official and professional tax sources for new or amended statutory and legislative changes.

Where does the information come from?

Government authorities where we can retrieve them, and major tax advisory publications where we cannot. Every entry shows which. We don't rely on rumours or unsourced summaries.

Which countries are covered?

75 countries today, across Europe (30), APAC (15), MENAT (13), LATAM (14), and Africa (3). Use the country selector in the header to see the full list.

Is this legal or tax advice?

No. Intelligent Payroll is a reference tool to help you track when and where changes happen. Always confirm details with a qualified advisor before acting on them.

I found an error or an outdated entry. How do I report it?

Open an issue on our GitHub repository, linked in the footer. We review and correct entries as part of the monthly sweep.

Is coverage complete for every country?

No. Coverage is partial and grows each month. Some countries have only one or two entries, and an absence of entries does not mean nothing has changed. We add only changes we can tie to a source page, so we would rather show less than guess.
