Terms of use and disclaimer
In short: Intelligent Payroll is a free information resource. It is not legal, tax or payroll advice, it can be incomplete or out of date, and the linked source always prevails over our summary. Check the source, and take professional advice, before you act.
1. Who we are and what this is
Intelligent Payroll (the "site") is a free reference that summarises statutory and legislative payroll changes in a number of countries, with a link to the source of each entry. It is operated by:
The maintainer of the public GitHub repository ankitbansal2k-ui/payroll-atlas (the "Operator").

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Information only, not advice
- The site provides general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, payroll or employment advice, and we are not a law firm, tax adviser or payroll provider.
- Using the site does not create an adviser-client relationship or any duty of care towards you.
- Payroll rules depend on facts such as the employee's residence, contract, sector and company size. A short summary cannot account for your situation. Take advice from a qualified professional in the relevant country before you act or decide anything.
3. Accuracy, sources and draft laws
- Each entry summarises a source published by someone else, linked from the entry. We check entries against that source and show the date they were last checked. If the summary and the source differ, the source prevails.
- Laws, rates and thresholds change, sometimes with little notice. An entry may be out of date from the day after it was checked, and may contain mistakes despite our care.
- Coverage is partial. Some countries have only one or two entries, and the absence of an entry does not mean that nothing has changed.
- An entry marked Draft — not yet law describes a proposal. Its content, dates and rates may change, or it may never take effect. Do not treat it as binding.
- Where an official page could not be retrieved, an entry may rely on a published summary from a professional firm; the entry shows which source it uses.
- If you find an error or a missing change, please tell us with a link to the official source (section 13).
4. Third-party links
The site links to websites we do not control. We do not endorse them, are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.
5. Using the site
You may use the site for your own personal or internal business purposes, link to its pages, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link back. You must not:
- use the site unlawfully, or in a way that harms others;
- interfere with or overload the site, including by automated requests at a rate that affects its availability;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting;
- present our summaries as official publications, or as your own advice, or remove source or attribution notices.
6. Intellectual property
- The selection and arrangement of entries, our wording of the summaries, and the design of the site belong to the Operator. Apart from the permissions in section 5, all rights are reserved; contact us to ask about other uses.
- The legislation, guidance and publications that entries refer to belong to their authors and publishers. We summarise and link to them and do not reproduce them. Names and trademarks are used only to identify sources.
- The source code of the site can be viewed in its public repository. Viewing is not a licence to copy or reuse it unless the repository contains a licence file that says so.
- If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, tell us (section 13) and we will review it promptly.
7. Availability and changes
The site is free and is provided as it is available. We may change, suspend or discontinue it, or any part of it, at any time without notice, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. No warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty that they are accurate, complete, current or suitable for your purpose.
9. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its links, including indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, penalties, fines or back-payments that result from a decision made using the information here.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for intentional wrongdoing or for death or personal injury, or affects any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
10. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy notice.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Poland. The courts of Poland have jurisdiction, but this does not deprive a consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they live, or of the right to bring a claim in the courts of that country where those rules give it.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version, and earlier versions are in the public change history of the source repository. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms. If part of these terms is held invalid, the rest remains in force.
13. Contact and corrections
